Reply laaaaa
http://jason914.blogspot.com/2009/06/god-tell-me-to-do-same.html
Indeed Jason. I feel you buddy.
Let me first tell you how I think. First of all, I think it rude to leave people hanging around waiting for your answer. They SMS-ed you for an answer and it is normal to get frustrated when the reply is late. Or, it did not come at all. Grr~
The spice added to this frustration is as pointed out by Mr. Jason:
'At the same time, they can sms, talking about nonsense with their other friends.'
How true! Funny how things are unfair aren't they? One wonders whether one is still a friend after receiving such a treatment. The question mark is destroyed after a guy listened to the reasons offered by those Flowers:
'Busy... Lazy... Don't feel like sms-ing...' and whatnot.
Who said anything about sms-ing? It's a question that's waiting for your answer dudedess. It is one thing to turn down the offer of a conversation; it is quite another to simply ignore a question put forward.
Say if there was an emergency and the SMS was never delivered out. Being a sensible person, an explanation should be offered to that person. Leaving question marks that eventually turn into 'grrr... :@' is a bad thing in any relationships.
It's not easy to be nice nowadays, be it guys or girls. There are morons and psychopaths running outside there, yes. But surely manners are a basic part of a civilisation?

Eighteen Years
All the while pondering about life.
I chose another way
One longer than the highway.
I sat in the car,
Thinking how love leaves scars.
The engine let out a great roar,
In unison the white birds soar.
As I was there, tapping my fingers,
I saw a couple, and my stare lingers.
They stood side by side
Ignoring time and tide.
She was telling him something,
And though I couldn’t hear a thing,
He was smiling,
As she was confiding.
He beheld her like a toy,
She blushed rose-red, showing her coy.
I felt their joy,
And sourness filled till it cloys.
The sun descended, and basked the couple,
Golden rays enveloped them, mostly the upper.
A wind blew suddenly, and her hair danced accordingly.
He reached out to opportunity, and stroked them neat and tidy.
I pull my eyes away,
The end is my survey.
Such a thing I cannot understand,
For my time is trickling like sand.
I hear a voice within, asking when it shall be me.
It demands an answer, to when will it be.
Yet a solution I cannot offer,
Till then I must suffer.
I stole one last look,
At the happy couple’s book.
I saw her hand he took,
And together they retreated to their nook.

Where they can't tempt us with their lies
D was looking at the setting. It brought peace to his disturbed temperament, at least for a while. He breathed deeply. He inhaled the molecules into his bones. They assuaged his insides. The burden is lifted temporarily.
D pondered about himself. Why would he be standing here alone? Why is the frolicsome wind sounded like melancholic lamentations to his ears? Ahh... All these are simply part and parcels of life. Yet they tied him down, dragging him like a rock.
She silently joined him. He doesn't noticed her; a gentle nudge enlightened him. He looked at her like a lost boy. She tried to smile back, to efface the ruefulness that is emanating from his eyes. His hand met hers, and they walked towards the shelter of a tree.
Gratification filled the couple. Life has been testing them with many difficulties. In each other, they found solace. She slowly descends to his chest, feeling the rhythmic beating of his heart and its warmth. The sweet scent of her hair consoled him, and he embraced her tenderly.
The atmosphere was blissful, serene, placid; nothing can punctuate the bubble surrounding them. Even the tree stood like a solemn sentinel, guarding both beings with love. The wishing lamp would serve little on this occasion.
Life goes on... ~

Rectification
I take the lack of comments in my 'Old Soloisme' entry a disturbing sign. I think that you guys(except for some in the boat with me) are really taking it seriously, or worse, thought that I came up with this idea recently!
Well, the plain explanation is NO. That article, minus my comment beneath, is history. It ages about 3-4 years? It should be resting in the museum; but I dug it out to show you guys.
Notice the phrase 'good laugh'. Even way back then, we laughed at it, but posted it anyway. Today, it would be impossible to even think in its sinister form, and as Hua Sheng commented, 'if every1 like tat....human specis is gonna extinguish.....'. I agree with him. It is just ludicrous.
On the contrast, I was having this particular thought the other day. I was walking in the sun to buy lunch, and its glow really had a pleasant effect on me. I looked at a couple walking by, hand in hand. Usually I would have a minor obnoxious feeling at the sight of it. That day, I reacted differently. Guess what was running on my mind? The season is HERE! So why run away from it? Lol...

Old Soloisme
It’s a subjective idealism. Ideologically, this principle is sophisticated enough to toughen male mentality to go against any temptations from their fellow female.
Girls owned absurd communication skills and touchy mood. They are a borned put-down to any man or boy foolish enough to express their inner feelings or to even give a genuine, friendly smile.
Evidence-
1. Girls break guy’s confidence by commenting about their weakness
2. Girls humiliate guys by using lame and ugly descriptions to express their thoughts
3. Girls want to occupy a guy, particularly if that HE is a good-looking one.
4. Girls hoax guys by playing with their feelings.
5. Girls carry a holier-then-thou attitude when mixing around, even among themselves.
Hence, a new order was born. A defense orientated idea, it moves against the particular individual first: by changing HIS concepts and norms. It does guarantee immunity to You-Know-Who.
LAWS of SOLOisme -
1.
A guy must remain in perfect control of his thoughts, emotions and feelings.
2.
A guy must refine upon his ‘no-love-condition’.
3.
A guy must avoid and reject every single temptation from girls.
4.
A guy must improve his inner greatness to a higher level.
5.
A guy must not play the fool with girls. Rather, HE should be serious and solemn when treading with them.
6.
A guy must follow the way of banality as to avoid unwanted attention.
7.
A guy must abandon all fashionable things. HE must know how to dress well depending on the scenario, but say ‘NO’ to modern punk style!
8.
A guy must foster or maintain his virtues when facing girls, but not to the extent where he ‘submits’ to them.
9.
A guy must appreciate beauty, but knows how to handle it as well.
10.
A guy shall cut his head into G-2 botak or as ugly as possible. (KaeMin?)
11.
No traitor is allowed.
12.
Puppy-love-coupling is strictly prohibited. It also means that any feelings off adolescence romance should remain under strict control and cut off eventually.
13.
Believe male more than believe female. Guys, please believe your friends more then those beauty-snakes, k?
I personally recommend this principle for those who have/had undergone any negative experience when communicating or handling with girls, or the reasons are best described as ‘ugly and short’. The main idea is not to turn you against any of your female friends, but to arm you up to face battle. It might be useful someday…and of course daily practices will be needed to strengthen the mind and body in order to live up to this idea’s high demands. Discipline is all and it conquers all. But most importantly, it conquers failure.
May the power be with you~

Before you gasp and protest, let me explain. This partially insane article was written about 3-4 years back. It was improvised by Kae Min and I edited it, purely for FUN. I post this in its original form in order to preserve its memories attached to it.
As you can see, this article can really make your day! We were quite upset with the order of things then, and soon enough I found this at Kae Min's friendster blog. We had a good laugh and I proceed to copy and paste it at my own blog. The next thing we know, Kae Min's big brother gave us a piece of his mind by posting a comment even longer than this article. We took a shot to the head...
I do not wish for anyone to be hurt by this, as we were young and foolish then. Personally, I do not think of girls as what is mentioned above. And did I stressed its recreational purpose? After all, look at its two editors. We turned out all right, did we not? =)
Upon me posting this, I hope that Kae Min honour his part of the deal. Over to you dude !

Outing
Tomorrow, me, Ee Shiuen, Hua Sheng, Dorothy and YeeYee are going to Gurney for an outing. The programmes are just like any ordinary outings: Golden Screen Cinema+popcorn, walking aimlessly, eating and chatting. Except for Shiuen and Hua Sheng, the other 3 of us are just simply too bored of staying at home and staring at the computer. I was rather surprised that the 2 girls agreed too, in the first place. =)
It's been a while since anyone posted anything here. Are they too busy, or still haven't obtained Internet access? Only a handful of the long list of people that I invited to be this blog's contributors had responded. Hopefully, after settling down and getting Internet access, friends would contribute more writings and helped to keep in touch even we're not together.
