One By One We Left.

One by one we left,
For distant skies and seas.
Mouths are mute, ears are deaf,
Will It stay an evergreen tree?

The jubilant news of approval
We welcomed them with joy.
Little did we know how thin is the veil
As the Lakers rejoice.

Hear me my young fellows,
Listen to what I have to say.
Appreciate them dearly, your present peeps,
For someday with time they will creep.

The heart stays strong,
Even when it all seem so wrong.
'Goodbye! See you next week!'
Except that I thought I heard my heart tweak.

Why so sad oh heart?
Goodbyes are never hard!
We shall be better when we meet,
Or so I hope, as I weep.

Reminiscence.

I reminisce about our primary school memories, for in them were happiness and laughter.

Random

Some beauty undiscovered.

Walking with my shadow.

A field of sunshine and bliss.

I have long forgotten this feeling.

The long road.

Undefined

The calling from within,
Loud, clear, and firm.
The struggle has made the heart thin
Till it's painful, when the memories swim.

Let it be written on paper,
And it will be tonic for the Sad.
Make way for melancholic slumber
And pray it will not drive me mad.

Advancing in the rain is silly,
There is no way to run.
So why not retreat to shelter,
And there It shall lick its wounds.

Perhaps someday, I will make meaning of this all.
With realisation I shall leap over walls.
For now I am contented,
Surveying the rain-created mist,
Waiting for peace.

Eighteen Years

One lonely evening I drive
All the while pondering about life.
I chose another way
One longer than the highway.

I sat in the car,
Thinking how love leaves scars.
The engine let out a great roar,
In unison the white birds soar.

As I was there, tapping my fingers,
I saw a couple, and my stare lingers.
They stood side by side
Ignoring time and tide.

She was telling him something,
And though I couldn’t hear a thing,
He was smiling,
As she was confiding.

He beheld her like a toy,
She blushed rose-red, showing her coy.
I felt their joy,
And sourness filled till it cloys.

The sun descended, and basked the couple,
Golden rays enveloped them, mostly the upper.
A wind blew suddenly, and her hair danced accordingly.
He reached out to opportunity, and stroked them neat and tidy.

I pull my eyes away,
The end is my survey.
Such a thing I cannot understand,
For my time is trickling like sand.

I hear a voice within, asking when it shall be me.
It demands an answer, to when will it be.
Yet a solution I cannot offer,
Till then I must suffer.

I stole one last look,
At the happy couple’s book.
I saw her hand he took,
And together they retreated to their nook.

Imagination

He was ready. The gloomy sky was nothing but scenery; it didn't hamper anything.

Gathering his gear, he walked out of the door, not sure whether life would be the same anymore.

He stopped. For one last time, he checked his gear. He examined it with scrutiny, making sure it is as prepared as himself. Satisfied with it, he stuffed it back.

The walk to school was cool and miserable. He knew the sensation; this was his everyday route. But today he felt somewhat in control. Nothing could stop him. He is in control. He is the master. He is the man.

Several students were cycling there. Some of them looked at him and sniggered. He ignored them. He knew that he could have hurt them if he wanted to, but frivolity has no place in him today. He is with a mission, a purpose. And nothing could detract it, not even these daily abuse.

His muscles tightened now. His fingers closed around his gear, as if getting some strength and power from the sensation of holding it. Upon entering the room, he looked around the place and immediately locating them.

They looked less stronger now. Of course, they still jeer and sneer at him, like always. But they looked weak, frivolous, even vulnerable. They can say anything they liked now in their numbered life.

Few words were uttered then. He was trembling with excitement and began to perspire. Still, his hand was steady when he drew his gear, and a smirk escaped his visage when he pulled the trigger.

One went down. The others looked at him, alarmed by the deafening sound. Before any of them moved, he was firing at will; his first victims was of course his daily abusers. They went down like dolls, and he was hysterical now. The screaming and his high laughter formed a symphony of a funny sort. Some tried to come at him; these he dispatched with ease, and soon most of them had fled the room.

He stood in the midst of destruction. He panted slightly from the high dosage of adrenaline he experienced during the slaughter. Pools of blood are forming now, and he looked at them without blinking. The wasted countenance of his victims lay still, some alarmed , staring without looking at him. He kicked some of those hated ones, not out of anger but for amusement.

Not everyone was dead though. A movement caught the corner of his eye. A boy was stirring and moaning at the same time. He strode over quickly. The injured looked at him with terror and plead. Blood trailed as he struggled to back towards the wall, trying to get some distance away from the devil. But the devil merely raised his hand and fired, watching as he goes down once again, joining his friends.

Footsteps were heard in a distance. He didn't have to investigate; several figures appeared at the door. He grinned at them. The teachers were shocked and covered their mouths, while the policemen pointed their guns at him and shouted. He couldn't hear their words. He was listening inwards, his gear pointing harmlessly downwards. And finally the moment came.

With deliberated slowness, he moved the gear towards his skull. No sound was audible to him, even with the officers shouting and the sirens on full swing. Before completing his final mission, he winked at the vicinity and pulled a wry face.

Everything else went black, and nothing matters anymore.

Where they can't tempt us with their lies

A field with green grass, and a playful wind blowing about.

D was looking at the setting. It brought peace to his disturbed temperament, at least for a while. He breathed deeply. He inhaled the molecules into his bones. They assuaged his insides. The burden is lifted temporarily.

D pondered about himself. Why would he be standing here alone? Why is the frolicsome wind sounded like melancholic lamentations to his ears? Ahh... All these are simply part and parcels of life. Yet they tied him down, dragging him like a rock.

She silently joined him. He doesn't noticed her; a gentle nudge enlightened him. He looked at her like a lost boy. She tried to smile back, to efface the ruefulness that is emanating from his eyes. His hand met hers, and they walked towards the shelter of a tree.

Gratification filled the couple. Life has been testing them with many difficulties. In each other, they found solace. She slowly descends to his chest, feeling the rhythmic beating of his heart and its warmth. The sweet scent of her hair consoled him, and he embraced her tenderly.

The atmosphere was blissful, serene, placid; nothing can punctuate the bubble surrounding them. Even the tree stood like a solemn sentinel, guarding both beings with love. The wishing lamp would serve little on this occasion.

Life goes on... ~

How complicated is this world? How complicated it can get?
Everybody is entitled to his/her problems. Friends can only do as much.

Friends are not Streamyx modems. Modems download and upload. And downloading and uploading massive amount of data can be exhausting for a biological brain.

Trying to tap into one's mind can be interesting and fun. It is getting to know someone new. But tapping into more than one person, and different results are obtained.

Different minds are simply different. If indeed memories are as shown in the HP movies, able to be stored in a Pensieve and etc, tapping into other minds at the same time can be disastrous. You might need a new Pensieve. Or may be Prior Incantem?

It is all too complicated. When people gets complicated, they do things. Sometimes scary things. They cry until they've got no tears left. They vent their anger until nothing is standing in front of them. And people get hurt.

Friendship is corrupted. Romance becomes self-centered. All because of sin. The fruits of our desire and lust. Yet how many realised this and how many more are able to mitigate these effects?

There is no emotion; there is peace -__-

Rectification

I must write this. For correction's sake.

I take the lack of comments in my 'Old Soloisme' entry a disturbing sign. I think that you guys(except for some in the boat with me) are really taking it seriously, or worse, thought that I came up with this idea recently!

Well, the plain explanation is NO. That article, minus my comment beneath, is history. It ages about 3-4 years? It should be resting in the museum; but I dug it out to show you guys.

Notice the phrase 'good laugh'. Even way back then, we laughed at it, but posted it anyway. Today, it would be impossible to even think in its sinister form, and as Hua Sheng commented, '
if every1 like tat....human specis is gonna extinguish.....'. I agree with him. It is just ludicrous.

On the contrast, I was having this particular thought the other day. I was walking in the sun to buy lunch, and its glow really had a pleasant effect on me. I looked at a couple walking by, hand in hand. Usually I would have a minor obnoxious feeling at the sight of it. That day, I reacted differently. Guess what was running on my mind? The season is HERE! So why run away from it? Lol...

Shalom~

Dr.T

'Helo, this is Danny Tan'.

'Am I weirdddd?'

'No right? haha. That's my friend talking!'

'Cuz I need you to hack yourself by accepting this virus I am sending to you. It would just scratch your dumb ass, nth more! Serious!'

______________________________________________________________________

We have this friend, namely Danny Tan.

By far, he is the one changing the most dramatically since we all left NT for our various purposes. At least that's what I think.

I don't know what will be his reactions when he reads this, but I am sure he will just smile genially.

For now, I would like to kick his dumb arse. Just for the fun of it.

Where is da love??

I am sick and weak.

No, I am fine physically. It is on the inside.

Looking at the world in her full, I see things. I guess you guys outside there are nodding silently too, echoing the same sentiments as I do. For those who are puzzled...well your time is ere.

I really miss those times when we can talk thrash and taunt freely, without any ill meaning.

Bee and Blue

'Eh, let's go supper. So hungry la.'

'Wei, later play ball ah. Me you and XXX.'

'Eh I dug out some old/latest Japanese Anime leh. Nice lor!'

'Woi. My add math leh? Later bring come tuition lor.'

'Errr...Miss YYY, can u borrow me ur book ma? I wanna reference sikit k?'

'I saw one lenglui/lengcai in ZZZ yesterday ah. Walao eh, boi lor! Sui/leng nia!'

____________________________________________________________________

Sounds familiar? Well they were our typical secondary-type conversations and hot topics. Public or private, we used to share those same styles.

Reading Kae Min's 'where missing happens' (below), it really digs out all those sentiments.

His article echoed my feelings. In least then a week, Nibong Tebal is once again deserted. Everyone left. The situation reverted back to that before CNY. That same situation where it is dry like the drought and deflated like a punctuated tyre.

Life is fleeting.

Some of us left while having bunch of people together on the eve of their departure. Some just left, perhaps not wanting to bother and save trouble. It doesn't make much difference; the one concerned still left. But the value of friendship is clearly shown in this.

Not this la. Lol~

Man, those good old times! I get all bee and blue thinking of them, and how much I should have appreciated them and all. We used to smile so blissfully innocent...until the sharp horn of reality woke us all up and pushed us to adulthood.

Miss you all guys. Everyone of you. Take care, and someday we will meet again...

P/S: Hey that's why we have this blog ma. Don't be lazy and post more la. =.=
